Natural  Carpets Australia is a small proffesional company consisting of four experienced staff with highly specialised skills in the understanding and installation of natural floorcoverings in a manner worthy of these unique products .

This ability has matured over many years and will impart a confidence when You experience the finished product, beatifully upholstered on your floors.

Our attitudes and integrity towards You, our clients and our products, preceed two generations in this  family business, since opening in 1936 in Newcastle .

We have dealt with all aspects of and in the floorcovering field, showing an honesty in what we present to You and with what we feel is good advice that is totally in Your interests.   

Our goal is for each and every one of our clients to be happy and satisfied with the services received  from our team, as we pride ourselves on the care taken with the installation, from  the all important  foundation and preparation work to the finer finishing techniques.

The vehicles we use are kept clean and tidy, we do not carry any removed floorcoverings so as not to contaminate Your new  products.  

If You are chemically sensative in any way, we do not use solvent based products and have  smoke free joining irons.  We are particulaly aware of this as we have a member of our installation team who suffers from mcs and we will make prior arrangrments with You to meet any requirements that You specify.
